All materials distributed in the SMS’s (the "Materials") are either owned by Hush Hush Marketing (Pty) Ltd. 11. Choice of law and jurisdiction:

Any controversy that may arise from this agreement will be governed by the Law of the Republic of South Africa and Court of jurisdiction will be the Court of Pretoria, also for connection and guarantee.

12. Miscellaneous:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes all prior agreement and communications with respect to the subject matter herein. Sections 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 of this Agreement will survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement. The section headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and must not be given any legal importance.

13. Acceptance of terms of use:

By using the Website, you signify your agreement to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms in this Agreement, you must not use the Website. Hush Hush Marketing (Pty) Ltd may change the terms of this Agreement at any time, and your use of the Website after such changes are posted will mean that you accept them.
